Using Claude, or any assistant that can open your wedding site? Connect it to your studio from the … menu (“Connect an assistant”), open your Zola, The Knot, Joy or Minted account or your spreadsheet, and say:
Open my wedding platform (Zola, The Knot, Joy, Minted) or guest spreadsheet guest list and gift tracker and push every household with its gift into PenPressed. One household per note: group partners and families the way we would address the envelope. Add the mailing address where you find one. When you are done, tell me who is still missing a gift or an address, then draft the notes.
It adds every household and gift to this project only, and it never gets an address back out. You still read and approve every note.
